Positioning
Decision support, not just apps
Every product I've shipped reduces a small, recurring decision under time pressure into one clear answer — eat this or not, say this next, do this task first, is this product safe. I build the layer between "too much information" and "what do I do right now."
Audience
Busy people, small daily decisions
Professionals in meetings (Outshine), people managing what they eat (EatOrNot AI), anyone triaging a long task list (Critical Choice), and Taiwan consumers checking if a product they bought was recalled (食安雷達). Different apps, same shape of user: someone who needs a fast, trustworthy answer, not another dashboard to read.
Execution
Ship fast, harden after
15+ years as a Primary Test Owner and validation engineer at IBM, Synopsys, Cypress, and Parade taught me to distrust anything that isn't tested and hardened before it reaches real users — that discipline now runs my solo build process. I use AI-assisted development (Claude Code) alongside Flutter and Firebase to move from prototype to production in days, not months. 食安雷達 is a real example: built, deployed, security-hardened, and launched with a custom domain and transactional email in a single week.
Proof
Three apps, one civic tool, all in production
EatOrNot AI, Outshine, and Critical Choice are live on the App Store; 食安雷達 is live in production as a public civic-data tool. Traction numbers aren't published yet — that's a next milestone, not a gap I'm hiding — but every product here is real, shipped, and in someone's hands today.
